Cardiff Queen Street station is thirty seconds from the front door, which for anyone coming in by train makes this about as central as the city gets. The arcades are a few minutes' walk, the castle and St Mary Street under ten, the Principality Stadium fifteen.
Sitting room, dining table and kitchen run as one long room with windows at either end, so it stays light through the day. The kitchen is new throughout, with the washing machine and dryer built into the run rather than parked in a cupboard somewhere.
Three bedrooms: two doubles, and a third with a zip-and-link bed that makes up either as a superking or as two singles, which is what lets the same flat suit a family, three colleagues or a group of friends. One of the bedrooms has its own shower room, and the shared bathroom is the larger of the two, with a bath and a shower.
Professionally cleaned between stays, and bookings of a week or a month are rated separately — ask and you will get a figure the same day.

Questions
What are the sleeping arrangements?
Two double bedrooms and a third room with a zip-and-link bed, so it sets up either as a superking or as two singles. Six in total, with no one on a sofa bed.
Can I book this flat and the others together?
Yes. All three flats in the building can be taken at once, which sleeps sixteen in total — useful for a touring party or a contractor team who want to be in one place.
How many bathrooms are there?
Two. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite shower room, and there is a larger shared bathroom with a bath and a shower in it.
Is there parking?
There is parking very close by and we are happy to arrange it for you for a small extra charge. Mention it when you book.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes — a washing machine and a dryer in the flat.
Who looks after check-in?
Our management team, Starlight Stays, handle arrivals, departures and anything you need during the stay. Late arrivals are fine — just tell them roughly when you expect to get in.
Do you take pets?
No — we are not able to take pets in any of the houses.
