Priced by the week and the month
Seven nights and over, and twenty-eight nights and over, are rated separately. Longer books cheaper, and we would rather have the certainty.
Invoiced to the company
A simple booking agreement, an invoice, and dates held while a purchase order goes through. No one on your team paying on a personal card and claiming it back.
Parking, laundry, kitchen
Free on-site parking at the Roath house. Washing machine and drying facilities, so nobody is living out of a bag by the second week.

If the boiler plays up at seven in the morning, you are talking to the operator, not a platform's messaging system.
