Roath is where people tend to want to stay in Cardiff: Victorian terraces, the lake and the park at the top of the road, Wellfield Road for coffee and dinner, and the city centre a few minutes away.
The house sleeps seven across two bedrooms, with four beds, a full kitchen, a sitting room, a workspace behind a door you can shut, and a private garden to the rear. Free parking on site, which in this part of Cardiff is worth more than it sounds.
It is cleaned professionally between every stay and equipped to a standard we are happy to be judged on. Longer bookings — a week, a month, a contract — are priced separately and usually work out considerably better than the nightly rate.

Questions
Is there parking?
Yes — free parking on site, which is unusual for this part of Roath and means you are not hunting for a residents' bay at eleven at night.
How many people does it actually sleep?
Seven, across two bedrooms and four beds. It suits a family, a touring group or a contractor team sharing.
Can I book for a month or longer?
Yes. Stays of seven nights and over, and twenty-eight nights and over, are rated separately. Email and you will get a figure the same day.
Who looks after check-in?
Our management team, Starlight Stays, handle arrivals, departures and anything you need during the stay. Late arrivals are fine — just tell them roughly when you expect to get in.
Do you take pets?
No — we are not able to take pets in any of the houses.
Can you invoice my employer or insurer?
Yes. We invoice businesses, agencies, loss adjusters and NHS trusts directly, with a simple booking agreement.
Flat One, City Centre
The ground-floor apartment: two double bedrooms and an open-plan living room under a pitched ceiling with a rooflight and doors out to the rear. Sleeps four.
Hear about the big dates first.
Six Nations weekends, autumn internationals and concert dates get taken months out. Leave an email and you will hear when those dates open, before they go on the booking platforms. A few emails a year, nothing else, and you can leave the list in one click.
